Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
How do I request a return or exchange?

Are there any additional charges for returns or exchanges?
We levy a charge of INR 200 for any return orders as a reverse shipment fee at the time of refund. A handling fee of INR 200 is charged for exchanges.
How long will my order take to arrive?

How will I know if my order is placed?
You will receive a confirmation of your order on your registered email ID and phone number. Additionally, we will notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Are there any shipping charges on delivery?
We charge a shipping fee of INR 100 for all COD orders.
Do we ship outside India?
We are excited to share that Outerworld delivers worldwide! You can make a purchase from anywhere across the globe. For international shipping, the total price—including taxes, shipping, and duties—will be confirmed to you at checkout. Please note that we only accept prepaid orders for international deliveries to ensure a smooth transaction.

How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it via WhatsApp.
How do I exchange a product?
To exchange a product, visit the exchange section on the website and specify the exchange request for size. Pack the product back in its original packaging (with tags) and hand the packet to our courier person. Once we receive it back in our warehouse, we will verify it and call you before dispatching your exchange order.
Additionally, orders placed during any sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What should I do if I receive a different item from the one I ordered?
If you receive the wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request.
I have requested a replacement; when will I get it?
For returns or exchanges, the reverse pickup will occur in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes QC, the refund for the return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. After dispatch, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. Can I return all items?
Innerwear (briefs, trunks, boxers), socks, sunglasses, accessories, perfumes, and face masks cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations. Additionally, orders including any free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
When will I get my refund?
It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup. Once it passes the quality check, the refund for the return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.
Please note that if any promotional/coupon code was redeemed during the purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In the case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to your bank account.
How do I get my refund for discounted items?
If orders placed with a discount are returned, the discount will be waived, and the products will be billed at MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.
How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?
For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment used. The amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If it does not appear, please contact your bank.
Do you have a return policy for international orders?
No, all international orders must be prepaid, and no return or exchange service is available at the moment.

We accept card payments, UPI payments, pay-later options, and cash on delivery.
Can I change the address or phone number after placing the order?

Can I opt for express delivery?

My payment was deducted from my bank account, but the order wasn’t placed. What should I do?
